Introduction

Sutherland District Athletics Club may reward its members for athletic performance, coaching and for officiating under certain conditions. The payment of any incentive is naturally contingent upon the availability of resources and the approval of the club executive. The types of incentives awarded by the club may be given via cash, contributions to ongoing club membership fees, and reimbursements. In summary it includes:

Cash Incentives
Subject to certain conditions cash incentives are awarded to athletes who meet performance criteria to qualify forOlympic Games World ChampionshipsWorld CupCommonwealth GamesWorld Junior Championships

Membership Fee Incentives
Open and Junior athletes, and athletes with disabilities who win medals (1st, 2nd or 3rd) at Athletics NSW (ANSW) state events while representing Sutherland District Athletics Club, and/or compete at National level are entitled to have the following year's club membership fees paid.

Reimbursements
Subject to certain conditions, reimbursement may be claimed by club members who donate their time as a coach or official of Sutherland District Athletics Club for expenses such as:Membership fees of Australian Track & Field Coaches Association (ATFCA) and Professional indemnity Insurance with Athletics AustraliaCoaching qualification fees, State and National ground entry, ANSW registration fees

Travel & Accomodation Incentives
Athletes representing the club at National Titles will receive assistance for travel and accomodation when competing at National Titles. Qualifying conditions apply with the level of payment based on the number of years the athlete has represented Sutherland District Athletics Club.
